  • Heavy cream

Recipe Steps

Step 1

Prep vegetables & make meatball mix

Heat oven to 220°C. Cut carrots and potatoes into small bite-size pieces. Finely chop onion, garlic, and parsley. In a bowl, combine turkey, half the onion, a pinch of garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Form into small meatballs.

Step 2

Roast vegetables & cook meatballs

Toss carrots and potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking tray. Roast until tender and golden. Meanwhile, sear meatballs in a pan until browned and cooked through.

Step 3

Make Dijon cream & serve

In the same pan, cook remaining onion until soft. Stir in garlic, Dijon, and cream; simmer until slightly thickened. Add meatballs to coat in sauce. Serve over roasted vegetables with green beans on the side.
